What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Act as the Superintendent’s Site Representative, providing technical guidance to staff and contractors.
- Prepare procurement documentation, review contractor progress, and administer contracts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards and drive a strong safety culture.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve project issues effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years' experience in civil construction.
- Strong project management and contractor management skills.
- Experience in quality assurance and contract administration.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of WHS, environmental protection, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
