Senior Development Assessment Planner 

Public Sector People are currently partnered with a local council looking for a temporary Senior Development Assessment Planner to work on a backlog of DA's.  

Key Responsibilites: 

• Determining older / backlogged DA's. 
• Assessing the impact of development proposals in relation to development issues and determine appropriate development requirements to ensure orderly development;
• Assessing, coordinating and managing complex development matters and special projects ensuring appropriate consultation and outcomes are achieved.

Essential Experiance: 

• Minimum 5 years NSW DA experiance (ideally in Local council).
• Degree qualifications in Town Planning or related field
