Organisational Development Advisor's
to join a metropolitan based Council to assist in delivering key initiatives over a 6-month temporary contract.
As the OD Advisor, you will work closely with the Coordinator & Manager to execute high-priority projects, ensuring smooth delivery of impactful programs.
Key responsibilities: - Reward & Recognition:
Bring an already-designed program to life by executing and embedding it effectively across the organisation.
- Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):
Delivering planned actions to support Council's commitment to fostering a more inclusive workplace.
- High Level Support:
Assisting & working closely with Coordinator, ensuring continuity in critical activities.
This role focuses entirely on
execution and delivery, you will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your ability to drive initiatives to completion will be highly valued.
Key Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development, HR, or related fields.
- Strong skills in delivering reward, recognition, and D&I initiatives.
- Proven ability to step into senior-level support roles, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Hands-on and proactive approach, with a focus on results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to commit to 6 month temporary contract
