Public Sector People (PSP) are partnered with a council in the south-east to recruit a MS Project Scheduler for a 3-month temporary contract.

$700-$900 per day plus super

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end program schedule, incorporating critical path activities, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder inputs.
- Track and monitor progress of around 15 projects, reporting on key milestones and deliverables while proactively identifying risks, delays, and issues.
- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and integration across projects.
- Work closely with Program and Project Managers
to document and integrate individual project plans.
- Extract and manage data
from systems such as Jira, Altus, and Excel, ensuring seamless integration with MS Project and the council’s reporting tools.
- Collaborate with program leadership, providing insights, governance reporting, and updates on scheduling impacts.
Key Criteria: - 5+ years' experience in project scheduling and governance.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project
- Experience scheduling ERP projects (TechOne or OneCouncil experience will be highly regarded)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills
- A National Police Check and a Working with Children Check will be required for this role
