    Public Sector People (PSP) are partnered with a council in the south-east to recruit a MS Project Scheduler for a 3-month temporary contract.

    Duration:
    3-month temporary contract, with the potential of extension 
    Location: South-east 
    Rate: $700-$900 per day plus super
    Working arrangement: Hybrid 

    Key Responsibilities: 
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end program schedule, incorporating critical path activities, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder inputs.
    • Track and monitor progress of around 15 projects, reporting on key milestones and deliverables while proactively identifying risks, delays, and issues.
    • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and integration across projects.
    • Work closely with Program and Project Managers to document and integrate individual project plans.
    • Extract and manage data from systems such as Jira, Altus, and Excel, ensuring seamless integration with MS Project and the council’s reporting tools.
    • Collaborate with program leadership, providing insights, governance reporting, and updates on scheduling impacts.
    Key Criteria: 
    • 5+ years' experience in project scheduling and governance.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Project 
    • Experience scheduling ERP projects (TechOne or OneCouncil experience will be highly regarded) 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • A National Police Check and a Working with Children Check will be required for this role
