We are looking for a dedicated
LMS Administrator
to manage and optimise the ELMO Learning Management System (LMS) for a 3-month contract for a inner south-eastern suburb local council.
How Your Role Contributes
In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the ELMO Learning Management System, providing employees with easy access to essential training and development resources. You will work closely with various teams to optimise system performance, maintain compliance, and enhance learning engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Management & Optimisation:
- Configure system settings, maintain user access, and manage permissions for a seamless user experience.
- Upload, organise, and structure training content, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
- Resolve any technical issues, working with IT and vendors for effective solutions.
- Stay updated on system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation of new features.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Develop and distribute reports on training completion, participation, and engagement trends.
- Ensure compliance training is completed on time and accurately recorded.
- Provide insights into employee skill development and training activity to support workforce planning.
- Automate reporting processes for improved efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate data and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Learning Engagement & Support:
- Work with People & Culture and business units to design and implement online learning programs.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on using the LMS effectively.
- Develop communication strategies to increase awareness and participation in learning initiatives.
- Ensure onboarding and induction materials are updated and accessible to new employees.
- Collect feedback from users to enhance system functionality and learning content.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with ELMO Learning Management System.
- Strong skills in LMS administration, content management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to improve system effectiveness.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
