Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to a
IT Desktop Support Officer
join a Local Government on a contract.
- South West Sydney location
- Immediate start
- $50 an hour + super
- Level 1&2 support!
Key Criteria: - Provide high quality Level 2 IT desktop support and troubleshoot technical issues for stakeholders. Experience within Level 2 support will be essential to deliver excellent and precise customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent technical skills with a range of technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, O365, Exchange Online, Multi-factor Authenticator, SCCM.
- Assist stakeholders with troubleshooting on other devices such as desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile phones.
- Use of helpdesk ticketing tool, Manage Engine.
- Experience troubleshooting remotely, deploying software and standard Operating system images etc using SCCM, deploying antivirus, patching etc.
Do you have: - Previous experience within Helpdesk and delivered Level 2 support.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring you deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the improvement of the technology and work as part of the team to improve processes.
