Responsibilities
- Improve maintenance compliance and track requests using the FSI program.
- Process property invoices and manage responsive/cyclical maintenance.
- Maintain property records and advise on lease renewals.
- Support policy development and team goals within Property Management.
- Participate in professional development and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
Skills Required:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in facilities management, administration, and customer service, ideally in social services, community services, or healthcare.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail, time management, and flexibility.
- Right to work in Australia, current NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (Blue Card - QLD).
