    • Hourly rate: $64.76 per hour + super

    • WFH 2 days per week 
    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Support the design and delivery of business process improvement projects. Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

    •  Track and report on project progress to governance committees and stakeholders.

    • Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.

    •  Ensure clear and effective communication across multiple platforms.
    Essential requirements

    •  Experience in business process improvement within a local government or public sector environment (preferred)
    •  Knowledge of LEAN, BPMS, or other process improvement methodologies.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    •  Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

    •  The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

    •  Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Information Management, Engineering, Human Services, or a related field.

    •  Relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI Change Management, Agile, ITIL)
