- Hourly rate: $64.76 per hour + super
- Start Date: 26th Feb
- WFH 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design and delivery of business process improvement projects. Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report on project progress to governance committees and stakeholders.
- Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across multiple platforms.
Essential requirements - Experience in business process improvement within a local government or public sector environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of LEAN, BPMS, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Information Management, Engineering, Human Services, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI Change Management, Agile, ITIL)
