Responsibilities: - Lead and maintain critical business applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide expert database administration for on-premise and Azure databases.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption to operations.
- Mentor and lead the Business Application Support team for effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize support, improve processes, and evaluate new technologies.
Skills Required: - Over 5 years of technology leadership experience in business application support.
- Strong database administration skills with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and Azure SQL.
- Expertise in supporting a variety of business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, L&D), both on-premise and SaaS.
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, with experience in design, development, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage upgrades, lead teams, and successfully deliver complex technology projects.
