3 month Business Analyst opportunity
Are you a highly experienced Business Analyst seeking a challenging and rewarding contract opportunity? We are looking for a driven and skilled professional to join a local council in south-western Sydney.
About the Role: This is an exciting 3-month contract position for a Senior Business Analyst to play a crucial role in a significant systems migration project. You will be instrumental in migrating the existing Chris 21 system to UKG, requiring a strong understanding of HR/Payroll/WFM implementations.
Experience in local government is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the successful implementation of the UKG system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR/Payroll/WFM systems.
- Ensure data integrity and system functionality throughout the migration.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project.
- Contribute to project planning and execution.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Demonstrable experience with WFM/HR/Payroll system implementations.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough gap analysis.
- Experience with Chris 21 and UKG systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Local government experience is preferred.
