Public Sector People are working with a government organisation within Brisbane who are seeking multiple candidates with Human Resources ERIR experience. After completion of the initial contract there is opportunity to go directly and apply for the permanent position within the team.

Full Job Description

Role title: Senior Human Resources ERIR

Pay: $ 65-83 per hour + 11.5% super
Location: Brisbane CBD | 2 days from home
Client: State Government
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: until June 30th 2025 with possible extension
Hours: 37.5hours per week Monday to Friday + 2 days from home

Positions available 1x AO5, 1x AO6, 2x AO7

The role will be focusing on these areas:

Actively participate in a working environment supporting transparent people management practices including diversity, anti-discrimination, and ethical behaviour.
Consult with and provide tactical and operational advice to management and staff on a broad range of sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination matters, in accordance with relevant policies and legislative provisions.
Provide high level consultancy and client service by establishing a strong understanding of the organisation’s business requirements and perspectives.
Prepare written reports to brief and formally advise senior leaders on sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination matters.
