Public Sector People are partnering with local government organisation to recruit for a temporary Administration Assistant.
Contract: 6 months | Monday – Friday | No WFH available
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and executive support to the Business Unit Manager and overall team, including: diary management, meeting organisation, preparation and minute taking, preparation and drafting of correspondence, Council reports, presentations and business papers.
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone calls
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within an Australian local government
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
