Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Administration Assistant.
Contract: 4 months
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $44 p/h + Super depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing documentation, correspondence and reports
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
- Organising meetings including; taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting rooms etc
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone calls
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
