Public Sector People are partnering with City of Sydney to recruit for some new temporary opportunities. We are seeking 2x part-time administration assistants to work closely with City of Sydney’s Councillors.
Contract: 2 months temp contract | 2.5 days p/w
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretarial support to Councillor and Councillor’s office including diary management, preparation for council meetings, and drafting correspondence and responses.
- Inbox management, archiving, and record keeping, in adherence to the State Records Act 1998 and relevant legislations.
- Provide general administration and office support to the Councillor’s office.
Essential:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administration support role within an Australian government organisation, NGO, or not-for-profit organisation.
