Public Sector People is recruiting for a
Leasing Officer on behalf of a State Government Department. This role is a temporary position with potential for extension.
About the role: As a Leasing Officer you will secure new residential leases from the private rental market for use as eligible Department employee housing. The position involves managing a high-volume workload with similar tasks, while each case progresses through various stages of a complex process.

Key Responsibilities: - Secure
new residential leases from the private rental market for teacher housing.
- Manage
a high-volume workload with leasing tasks at various stages.
- Handle
complex processes and ensure compliance with Department requirements.
- Provide
housing solutions for eligible employees.
- Demonstrate
strong organisational skills to navigate multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
About You: - Previous Government experience in Local, State or Federal Government desirable
- Experience as a Residential Property Manager highly advantageous
- Experience with SAP, Sharepoint, Pathway, Microsoft Suite, Work Order Systems, GIS and DMS desirable
- Ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple systems
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
