Charlotte has 2 and a half years’ experience working within the public sector for the NHS in the UK as a Care Co-ordinator. She saw the effects of staff shortages firsthand which motivated her to begin my career within recruitment. Charlotte worked for a temporary recruitment company, recruiting Advanced Practitioners in the UK before deciding to make the big move to Australia and begin her next adventure. She prides herself on truly understanding the needs of the client so she can find candidates that not only match their criteria but their values too.
